Shipping/Delivery
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. During holidays, please allow additional time. If you need your package by a certain date, please use our Express shipping option to guarantee arrival by your chosen date. If for any reason your item will not be delivered on time, one of our customer service representatives will notify you immediately. All international orders are processed within 1-2 days and shipped via DHL Express or UPS Express.
Domestic Delivery
All USA deliveries are mailed via USPS or UPS with signed postage. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no one is available to accept the package, the postman will leave a note card to call and schedule for a re-delivery or pick up service. If a package is unclaimed/refused and returned to sender, it will only be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT minus shipping charge.
Domestic Delivery Charges/Times
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (applies to orders over $50) - 5-7 business days
USPS Priority $5 & up - 2-4 business days
UPS 2ND DAY (please add items to cart for pricing) - 2 business days
UPS Overnight (please add items to cart for pricing) - 1 business day
Please note these times do not include processing which needs 1-2 business days (not including Overnight which is processed the same day if ordered before noon PST). If placed Thursday after hours, Next Day Air packages will not be delivered until Monday as it will ship Friday morning and weekends are not included.
International Delivery
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express and delivered within 1-4 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions and/or customs delays. International orders are shipped via signature required so please make sure someone is present to accept delivery or reschedule delivery for another date.
Please note we are not responsible for any duties and fees that your country may charge.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries along with any applicable custom/duty fees.
